What is there to say about a brand, about a collection or about a look that makes sense to the one who will wear it? No matter what we say, it will not change the way you see the product, whether you will like it or not, or how you will wear it.
What we do know is that we love stripes and we love Copenhagen and all the different cool personalities living in this city. Our collection is inspired by and created to all these amazing people. ”We want to make fantastic and wearable clothes to fantastic, ordinary and extraordinary people".
Collection 22.3 is created with a wish to go even deeper into our own DNA - what happened in 1986 when this house became Mads Nørgaard-Copenhagen? We wanted to embrace the feeling of punk, coming especially from Mads, as well as the feeling of being a fashion house, not just a basic brand. Furthermore, we have challenged the limits of our product range by reintroducing more expensive products.
Performance artist Anne Imhof (de) has inspired us to play around with a much more androgynous and rebellious celebration of youth. Military references with lots of pockets and boxy silhouettes are juxtaposed with ultra-sexy silhouettes, sheer fabrics and the domination of black.
